The Kern County Superior Court is upgrading its e-filing system with a new system scheduled to go live on October 6, 2025.
During this transition period, from August 25th to October 5th, the court will only accept paper filings for all non-criminal matters.
To assist with this transition, Court Filing and Green Filing are partnering to offer an exclusive concierge service for attorneys and their staff.
Concierge services are not available for self-represented litigants at this time.
1. Email Us: Send your documents, detailed instructions, and preferred payment method to [email protected].
2. We File for You: Our team will review your request, physically deliver the documents to the court, and pay all filing fees upfront.
3. Get Copies: We’ll email you the file-stamped documents after the court accepts them. Please note: this may take several days.
4. Finalize Payment: You’ll submit payment for the court and service fees listed on your Green Filing invoice.

How many copies of my documents does the court need?
Per court requirements, runners must print two copies for each filing. Please refer to our page count above for pricing.
How will standard filings be submitted?
Standard filings will be placed in a drop box at the court with photo confirmation which will be returned to the customer.
How will urgent filings be handled?
Urgent filings will be hand-delivered directly to the clerk’s window and stamped “received.”
How and when will I receive my conformed copies?
Conformed copies will be returned to runner’s pickup box, which must be checked daily. Court turnaround time is currently unknown and may take upwards of several days to several weeks for certain filings. Please expect delays as clerks will be learning a new system while completing daily work. Conformed copies will be returned to the customer once available to our runners.
