Starting May 13th, 2019, physical court filing is no longer accepted in Indiana’s Putnam Circuit & Superior Courts. Instead, electronic filing (eFiling) is now required. eFiling is the process of digitally submitting your legal court paperwork into the courts for review by the county clerk.
