The Kern County Superior Court is upgrading its e-filing system, currently scheduled to go live on October 6, 2025.
Between August 25th and October 5th, the court will only accept paper filings for all non-criminal matters.
During this time, we are offering concierge filing services to accommodate all of our users.

Here is a step-by-step guide for how to request these services:
1. Court Filing users should email their attached documents, detailed filing instructions, and preferred payment method (used to collect fees) to [email protected].
2. Sit back and relax as a dedicated team member physically submits and delivers the filing(s) directly to the Kern County Court file counter on your behalf, paying any associated court fees up front.
3. Once your filing is accepted, you will receive the file-stamped documents.
4. Submit payment of the associated court filing fees listed in your Court Filing invoice.
