Los Angeles, California – Lawgical, the parent company for Legal Talk Network, ServeNow, and ServeManager, has launched CourtFiling.net as an electronic filing service provider (EFSP) for the state of California, in addition to several other states. Effective September 1, 2017, many California district courts, including the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, began requiring electronic filing for civil and criminal court cases. Many other courts offer eFiling services but do not mandate them.
Lawgical recently created CourtFiling.net to facilitate court filing for process servers, attorneys, paralegals, other legal professionals, and private individuals who wish to have a seamless eFiling experience. The EFSP assists Lawgical’s current clients using ServeNow and ServeManager products who want to eFile in California. Since most process servers and legal support professionals provide court filing services, CourtFiling.net is a natural addition to the current marketing and software solutions for Lawgical’s ServeNow and ServeManager clients.

The CourtFiling.net portal includes 24/7 support, instant access to case summaries, file-stamped documents, PDF conversion, detailed reports, support articles, and FAQ pages. While switching to an EFSP can be intimidating to many legal professionals, especially those filing traditionally with the court, it can enormously increase efficiency and even be more environmentally friendly. CourtFiling.net was built with an easy transition and learning process in mind.
Ultimately, CourtFiling.net will be fully integrated into ServeManager, where documents and affidavits can be filed with a click of a button, eliminating duplicate entries and provide a single interface where process servers and their customers can view the status of their serves, filings, and more. Process servers and law firms nationwide will be able to use ServeManager and CourtFiling.net together for a faster and more accurate legal process overall.
CourtFiling.net is currently live in Alameda Superior Court, Butte Superior Court, Calaveras Superior Court, Fresno Superior Court, Kern Superior Court, Kings Superior Court, Los Angeles Superior Court, Merced Superior Court, Monterey Superior Court, Napa Superior Court, Orange Superior Court, San Diego Superior Court, San Luis Obispo Superior Court, Santa Barbara Superior Court, Santa Clara Superior Court, Santa Cruz Superior Court, San Mateo Superior Court, Stanislaus Superior Court, Sutter Superior Court, and Yuba Superior Court.
CourtFiling.net also offers eFiling in Illinois courts and, will soon launch in Indiana, Texas, and Maryland.
