Los Angeles Civil eFiling Goes Live November 13th

The Los Angeles Superior Court is implementing eFiling (electronic filing) starting November 13th, 2018. Lawyers, paralegals, and pro se individuals (self-represented litigants) will be able to submit their legal documents to the county clerk via CourtFiling.net for civil cases.

Electronic filing for LA civil cases will help streamline the system and lessen trips to the courthouse. It is important to be familiar with the system, so be sure to sign up and take a look at our dashboard!
