eFile Court Documents with Ease
CourtFiling State:

Los Angeles Unlimited & Complex Civil Live

Los Angeles eFiling is now available on a voluntary basis for all unlimited and complex civil cases. eFilers like lawyers, paralegals, and private individuals can now submit their legal documents into the court system using an electronic filing service provider (EFSP) like CourtFiling.net.

While it is still voluntary, CourtFiling.net and the California court system recommend starting eFiling now in order to adjust to the new system and allow any unforeseen issues to be resolved before the mandatory date. Unlimited and complex civil cases are scheduled to be mandatory starting January 2nd, 2019*. Take advantage of the voluntary timeframe to get your firm up to speed!

How to eFile

eFiling can be completed through any certified EFSP, like CourtFiling.net. CourtFiling.net is authorized to send legal documents into the court system for approval by the clerk. Simply sign up or log in to get started. If you already have an eFiling login set up, you can log into CourtFiling.net using the same credentials!
