Sacramento County Courthouse: Partial Work Stoppage

The County of Sacramento is currently experiencing a labor dispute that is resulting in a partial work stoppage. This work stoppage could potentially affect legal cases as well as eFiling. If you experience delays regarding your filed paperwork, please contact the Sacramento’s Superior Court of California’s website.

The Sacramento labor dispute consists of a strike over the cost of living raises. They are demanding a livable wage, resulting in a strike across four courthouses. Per Courthouse News, included in the strike are court reporters, technical works, and clerks.

Until the labor dispute’s resolution, court services will remain delayed. CourtFiling.net’s service will remain open, but the approval or rejection process by the courts will slow.

For more information, please refer to the Superior Court of California County of Sacramento’s Press Release.
